1. Introduction
Welcome to Sinan Hair Salon. We are committed to providing professional, high-quality hair services in a safe, welcoming, and customer-focused environment. These Terms of Service explain the expectations between you (the client) and us (the service provider), including appointment bookings, service delivery, payments, privacy, and general salon etiquette. By using our website, making an appointment (in person or via platforms like Treatwell), or visiting our salon, you agree to these terms in full.
2. Appointments & Bookings
2.1 Booking Methods
You can book appointments through the following methods:

- Treatwell: Using our integrated profile on the Treatwell platform
- Phone: Call us at 0203 441 2564 or 07453 322321
- Walk-in: Subject to availability and stylist capacity
2.2 Booking Confirmation
Once a booking is made, you will receive confirmation by SMS, email, or via the Treatwell app. Please ensure that your contact details are correct.
2.3 Late Arrivals
We strive to honour all appointments on time. If you are late by more than 10 minutes, we reserve the right to:
- Shorten your treatment time so the next client is not delayed
- Cancel or reschedule the appointment (may incur cancellation charges)
2.4 Cancellations
We kindly ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours in advance. This gives us the opportunity to offer your time slot to other clients. Failure to give sufficient notice may result in:
- Loss of your deposit (if paid)
- A cancellation charge applied to your account
2.5 No-Shows
Missing an appointment without notice affects both our team and other clients. Repeat no-shows may be required to prepay or pay a full deposit before any future bookings are accepted.
3. Services & Pricing
3.1 Service Description
We offer a wide range of services including haircuts, colouring, blow-dries, styling, keratin & botox treatments, and organic hair dyes. A full list of services and starting prices can be found on our website and Treatwell page.
3.2 Pricing Estimates
All service prices are starting prices and may vary based on:
- Hair length and density
- Additional product usage
- Extra time required Final prices will be confirmed following an in-person consultation.
3.3 Service Duration
Treatment time varies depending on service type and hair condition. We aim to work efficiently while ensuring quality results.
3.4 Patch Testing
Patch tests are mandatory for all colour, chemical, and tinting treatments:
- Must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment
- Required for new clients and existing clients who haven’t visited in over 6 months Failure to undergo a patch test will result in appointment cancellation.
4. Deposits & Payment
4.1 Deposit Policy
We may request a deposit of up to 50% for certain high-value services or new clients. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill but is non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not followed.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept:
- Cash
- Credit/debit cards
- Online payment via Treatwell
4.3 Refunds & Adjustments
No refunds are offered once a service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to notify us within 3 days, and we may offer a free correction depending on the issue and stylist availability.
5. Hygiene, Health & Safety
5.1 Clean Environment
Our salon is cleaned and sanitised regularly. All tools are disinfected between clients. We adhere strictly to industry hygiene standards.
5.2 Client Health
Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or recent hair procedures. This ensures your safety and helps us tailor services accordingly.
6. Children, Guests & Personal Conduct
6.1 Children
Children under 12 must be supervised at all times. We ask that children not receiving a service remain seated and quiet.
6.2 Guests
We request that only the person receiving a service remain in the treatment area unless assistance is required. This ensures a peaceful and productive working environment.
6.3 Behaviour
Disruptive, abusive, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone acting in violation of our salon standards.
7. Personal Belongings
We recommend keeping valuables on your person at all times. Sinan Hair Salon is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items including phones, jewellery, or coats.
8. Promotions, Packages & Gift Vouchers
8.1 Offers
Promotions and discounts are limited-time and may have restrictions. They may not be combined unless explicitly stated.
8.2 Loyalty Cards
Clients may receive loyalty stamps or digital credit on qualifying visits. These are non-transferable and expire if inactive for 6 months.
8.3 Gift Cards
Gift cards:
- Are valid for 12 months from date of purchase
- Cannot be exchanged for cash
- Must be presented at time of payment

9.1 Website Content
All content on www.sinanhairsalon.co.uk is owned by Sinan Hair Salon. You may not copy, distribute, or reuse website content for commercial purposes without permission.
9.2 Social Media Use
By tagging @sinanhairsalon or engaging with our social posts, you consent to us resharing your content unless otherwise requested.

We collect minimal data required for booking and communication. This includes:

11. Treatwell Bookings
Treatwell is a third-party service provider. When booking through them:
- You agree to Treatwell’s terms and policies
- All service concerns should still be directed to our salon team We do not manage the refund process on Treatwell and are not responsible for technical errors on their platform.
12. Liability Disclaimer
Sinan Hair Salon is not liable for:
- Adverse outcomes due to undeclared medical conditions or treatments
- Damage caused by third-party hair products used outside our salon
- Reactions if a patch test is refused or skipped

These terms may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
